OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19 & YOUR ORDERS
I hope you and your loved ones are taking care and staying as safe as you can. Thank you so much for your continued support during this uncertain time. Due to COVID-19, all businesses have been forced to adapt and introduce new operational practices to keep their businesses up and running. With that being said, it’s important to communicate to you that Halia & Jade is not operating normal but we are still delivering and shipping orders out. Orders may take up to 10-15 business days to fulfill due to the high volume we are experiencing on top of managing a household of kids with online classes and keeping everyone as sane as possible. Thank you for being patient with us during this time and rest assured that H&J is working hard everyday to get your orders packaged so they can be on the way to you as soon and safely as possible.
Due to COVID-19 UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other shipping carrier companies have all been impacted by the high volume of online shopping and are not operating normally. You may experience delays once the package has shipped and left our facility. As for local pickup orders, our designated pickup location, Seas + Sidewalks, is closed until further notice. Therefore, we are requesting that all orders placed with the "PICKUP" option use a physical delivery address as the shipping address. Once your order is ready for "pickup" we will contact you with a date and general time that we will be delivering orders for the week based on your delivery location.
